I just made a purchase, but I don't see the Coins in my balance!

Coin purchases can take anywhere from 1-5 minutes for the coins to transfer over to your balance. However, if you still do not see your coins, it is recommended to relaunch the application.

If the coins have still not transferred over, please reach out to the support team and make sure to include the transaction id number of your purchase. If you do not know the transaction ID number or do not know where to locate this information, please click here.
