What do I do if I purchased coins but do not see the coins in my balance?

Coin purchases can take any where from 1-5 minutes for the coins to transfer over to your balance. However, if you still do not see your coins, it is recommended to relaunch the Heart of Vegas application.

To relaunch an app:

  1. Press the Home button two times quickly. You'll see small previews of your recently used apps.
  2. Swipe left to find the app you want to close.
  3. Swipe up on the app's preview to close it.

If the coins have still not transferred over, please reach out to the support team and make sure to include the transaction id number of your purchase. If you do not know the transaction id number or do not know where to locate this information, please click here.
