How to fix possible "blank reel" issue

While we are not 100% certain what is causing the "blank reel" issue, we have come up with a few different ways to help fix it.

Please follow these steps:

1. Right click the Flash area (anywhere above a cabinet will do)


2. Select settings 


3. Select bottom left icon (monitor with triangle in)

4. If "Enable hardware acceleration" is not ticked, tick it. If it is ticked, untick it. 


5. Close Adobe Flash Player settings

 

For Chrome users or if the issue persists:

1. Open up Chrome options 


2. Select settings 


3. Select "Show advanced settings..." 


4. Scroll down until you reach "System"
5. Tick or untick (depending on original state) "Use hardware acceleration when available"
