It has come to our attention that some players are experiencing issues with payment failures in the app.
We have been investigating the issue and it is related to and out of date version of google play being installed on devices which is causing conflicts between, google and the app. Luckily this can be easily fixed simply by updating your play store app, below are instructions on how to complete this:
Step 1: open the play store app
Step 2: access the side menu, typically by clicking the 3 lines where it states google play, then simply locate and click settings
Step 3: Once in settings you will see the "About" section, by clicking on this you will be presented with an option stating google play version by clicking on this you will trigger any queued play store updates, if you are up to date you will be presented with a message confirming this (Note, you only need to click the version area once)
Once this update has been completed you may need to reinstall Fafafa but this should not be necessary, if the issue persists ensure your app is up to date and if so you may need to reinstall, ensure you are logged into a social or google account to guarantee you do not lose any progress while performing this action. If you are playing as a guest, there can be a chance you will lose your account and this will be unrecoverable.
